Itinerary :

Day 1: Agadir – Taliouine – Draa Valley – Zagora

Your private desert adventure begins with pickup from your accommodation in Agadir. Head southeast through changing landscapes toward Taliouine, where you’ll have time to visit a local saffron cooperative and learn about this prized spice.

Continue onward to Agdez for a lunch stop before visiting one of the oldest kasbahs in the region. From here, the scenery shifts dramatically as you enter the Draa Valley, famous for its endless palm groves and traditional villages.

Arrive in Zagora by late afternoon. Enjoy a relaxed evening, dinner, and overnight stay, preparing for the deeper desert journey ahead.

Day 2: Zagora – M’hamid – Erg Chegaga

After breakfast, set off toward the edge of the Sahara. Along the way, visit a traditional Quranic library before reaching M’hamid El Ghizlane, where desert life truly begins. Here, you’ll encounter Berber and nomadic communities and gain insight into their daily life among camels and goats.
